Here is a brief summary of the key points from the transcript: The speaker discusses 5 main reasons why people struggle to sell digital products online. 1. Lack of visible results/victory - People need to see you have achieved success before they will buy from you. 2. Selling information rather than the outcome - Don't just sell the product, sell what it will help the customer achieve. 3. Caring too much whether people buy - This causes anxiety. Focus on providing value. 4. Not creating enough content - You need attention and leads daily through organic, paid and cold outreach. 5. Not making customers happy - Provide a lot of value for free to build trust before making sales. The speaker emphasizes the importance of solving problems for customers, building trust through consistent value, and being patient as sales grow slowly at first before exponentially increasing.

So you want to sell more digital products, but you are frustrated because it's not selling. And I had $50,000 a month with my first ever successful YouTube channel with which I was basically selling digital products. So believe me or not, but I know how you feel because I've been struggling with myself when I was just getting started with my first ever channel. And there are a few things, actually five things that are blocking you from selling more digit products. So let me explain. So the first thing that is actually stopping you from selling more digital products is a visible victory. So visible victory or results? There is something that people need to see. So for example, you can easily check that, you know, my previous YouTube channel, it existed. You know, it still exists. You can see that, you know, there are plenty of videos. You can see, there are links, you can see that basically people were commenting, liking whatever they were doing. They were doing all of those stuff and they were buying as well. So this is, people can see like the same. If you are running any business online, it can be SMMA, it can be, even if you are designing thumbnails, like I'm getting so many messages every single day, you can still show your results even without approaching people. If you don't have clients, you have more time probably than actually money. So you can spend more of your time on creating more projects, creating more resources, creating more stuff, creating more content, so people can actually discover you. But the truth is, as I mentioned, you need to have a victory or result because people are not buying information, people are not buying courses, or people are not buying products because you know how they love the product. They buy the product because it solves a problem. It helps them with getting from point a, let's say from point a to point b, right? So this is their desire, desire point where they want to get. So this is what you need to have. You need to have some kind of victory. That's why so many people are starting businesses in the make money online space, why they have never actually made any money online yet. So it wouldn't be just better to, for example, focus on something you already know, whatever it is. I will give you my example. For example, Muay Thai, right? Muay Thai. And at first you can start business base on this particular topic. You can help people with, you know, selling courses or maybe like workouts, whatever it is, or maybe plans for fighters. So you start with something like that. And let's say you get to certain extent where you'd be making money with this niche, then you can create another business for example, another YouTube whatever. And then you can actually start helping people with make money online space, right? Make, let's say money online. Because if you are just getting started and you are in a make money online space, it's nearly impossible for you to be successful in this niche because, well, how will you know that you're actually helping people? How can you be sure that you're selling something that people are actually will benefit from? Well, you can have something for like $7 whatever or $10 just to see if. If it's bringing results for your clients. So you can start from this perspective as well. But the truth is, if you've been doing something for a very long time, you have any hobby, it'll be easier for you to just start there because you know plenty about it and you'll be able to create content every single day without getting exhausted, without, you know, feeling burned or whatever. Because you already have this information, you don't need to learn new things to explain it to people. So this is first thing. So now the second part is that you actually try to sell what you know, and people don't really care about the knowledge. They don't really care about the information. Right. They don't want information. What they want, again, is the desired outcome. So if you're selling anything only matters the outcome. Right. They don't want a ticket. Right. The same. If you're going to the cinema, you don't really care about the ticket itself. You just need to get this ticket. What you care is actually to watch the movie, right? So you want to watch the movie. So instead of showing people, oh, you know, this ticket is so great. It's printed on like a special paper, whatever. No one gives a fuck. They only care about the movie they are able to watch. For example, I've been watching right now, Wolverine versus Deadpool or Deadpool versus Wolverine or whatever camp you're from. And I didn't care about any ticket at all. If I could just enter the, you know, the cinema without any ticket, I would just go there. So it doesn't really matter. For me, the ticket is green, red, black, or special paper. I just wanted to watch, watch a movie and have fun. So sell people the outcome. If you are selling whatever it might be. For example, as I mentioned, every single day someone is approaching me and they are trying to sell me thumbnails. Whatever custom thumbnails you can stop, there is no chance you will sell it to me. But nevertheless, let's say you're selling your thumbnails. When you approach someone I don't really care if you say your thumbnail will be so beautiful, it will be you here, and some graphics, whatever. I don't really care. If you want to approach someone, just say about the outcome, what is going to be, how many more views, let's say 20,000 more views every single month, or 10% more click through, rate, whatever it is something that people actually care about, and then test what they're responding to. As I mentioned, for me, I don't need this service. And I don't necessarily think that it's a very good service to sell because it's easy to do. You can literally do it in two, three minutes if you know what they're doing. For example, with Photoshop and stuff. My thumbnails are simple because I want them to be this way and they are working well. So I don't really need a fancy thumbnails, right? But I can create them. Like, there was one movie at my channel, it was probably about like an ocean template or whatever. This thumbnail was a little bit different. It was not my face, it was just a very nice graphic there. So I can create thumbnails myself. And it takes me, like, as I mentioned, three minutes to do it. So I don't really care about hiring anyone to do it for me. But if you're selling something like this, this is how you want to do it. I don't really care about this thumbnail. And sometimes I don't really even care. If you tell me 10% increase in click through rate, it still means not that much to me. You can say, oh, more leads, whatever, something like that. Something tangible. So this is another part. Sell the outcome, not the ticket. Now, the next point is that you care if people buy, so you care if they buy or nothing. And I know it sounds crazy and counterintuitive, but if you care about it, you'll be very anxious. It's the same like, I'm with this girl, and I'm very afraid that I will lose her. Now, there are chances that you will actually lose her, because you will be very anxious all the time and she will feel your emotions. So instead of caring about it, just try to relax. Because the truth is, if you have something that is good, you don't necessarily need to convince anyone to buy it. Like for example, at this point, I don't really care if people buy my stuff. And when you're just getting started, I don't recommend you just to leave your job and go full time online before making any money. Because the truth is if you're just getting started and you're making like you're going 100% online, you'll be very stressed. You feel this anxiety every single day that you need to make this money. You need to sell that many copies, whatever. However, if you have anything that is working on the site, like for example, for myself, it's the lead generation agency. So lead generation agency is bringing money and this YouTube channel is bringing me money, money as well. Less than my, let's say, lead generation agency, but still is getting me some money every single month. And this is what you want to achieve. So you have your business that is growing on a side and you have your main source of income. And then let's say when this channel will make you more money than your first, let's say, occupation or whatever it is, then you go full time. So this is the wisest strategy you can have. And this point, you don't really care if people will buy because it doesn't matter. You still have your clients, or for example, you still have your nine to five, you're still making money. And then you have on the side something that is bringing you either side hustle or maybe a full time income. So this is another thing, right? And the next thing why people don't like sell to sell stuff is that they try to convince people to buy, right? So if you try to convince people, they don't necessarily like this experience, right? I. So instead of convincing people that your best solution that they need to buy from you, because whatever. Because what? A, B, C, D, whatever it is, just focus on the problems. As for example, with this video, many people struggle with selling digital products. So I just call out all the bad things that people are doing. So I just show them what is the problem and how they can solve the problem. And if they want to solve it, they can just buy the product that I have linked in the description so you can check it out if you would like to learn more about it. When you don't convince people, but you are just there doing your job, you don't feel sales, you don't feel awkward that you are selling something to people, you don't feel like. Like this weird situation, like this pressure, whatever, just stop convincing people. Just show them, okay, this is how you can solve your solution. You can have it or not. It's up to you. I will be probably there. Maybe the solution will be more expensive in the next five months, whatever, when the business is growing, but still you will be there. So this is the next part of the fourth part however, is something that most people are very lazy to do. So it's creating content and it's not necessarily only organic content, right? So one part is organic, the next part can be paid, and the next part can be also like cold traffic. So for example, you know, call the email, call DM's, whatever. So you need to have attention. You need to get attention every single day. No matter what you do, whatever the business is, you need to generate attention every single day. So for example, I'm using at this point, organic, I'm using cold and I have been from time to time. I'm also using paid ads depending on my need. So again, YouTube, organic, Instagram organic and sometimes paid and cold email is my cold traffic. So I'm utilizing free ways of getting traffic. However, for different businesses like cold email, I use only for my lead generation agency. I'm not using it for my YouTube channel or for my Instagram because this offer doesn't really necessarily work that well with b, two b segment, more with b, two c. So yeah, this is what I do. And you need to get attention every single day. You need to get, let's say leads or views or I don't know, let's say likes every single day. If not, then at some point you will suffer because your business will not have enough leads or enough sales to basically pay for your expenses. Now, another thing that you are doing with your content, whatever content it is that you are building that people start to know you, like you and trust you. And this is important. Like for example, when I'm sending cold emails, sometimes I need to make eight touch points before someone is actually booking a call or buying my services with, let's say content, organic content on YouTube or social media. Sometimes you need 7 hours of content consumed for people to be ready to buy because it's a little bit different dynamic. For example, with content, no one is actually doing any salesy techniques to make people buy. They literally need to make their decision by themselves and they buy them by themselves. However, with, let's say when you hop on a call with someone, you have a way to convince them to buy something. So it's a little bit easier and you can shorter. You can make the whole cycle 7 hours shorter than that. However, if you're using, let's say, YouTube or Instagram, you need the 7 hours of content. So when you reach this point, course in average. So sometimes it might be less, sometimes it might be more. But when you reach this point, then basically people were ready to buy from you, literally whatever you sell as long as it solves the problem, is aligned with your business as well. So it's not like, let's say you're talking about making money online and then all of a sudden you're selling, let's say, workouts for gym workouts or whatever. Maybe someone will buy, but they're not there for this reason. They are here to make money online. So this is basically what they are looking for. And the last thing is actually that you need to make people happy. So you want to make happy people, right? Happy. So this is what you want to. This is what you need to do. If you're not making people happy or you're not helping them solve their problem, they are not going to buy anyway. So, for example, with my YouTube channel, there are plenty of videos where I explain something step by step, or I explain the whole method behind doing something like behind selling digital products or getting to $10,000 per month with digital products. And I always give a value there. It's free value. So of course I will not give you one on one session for free, but I'm giving plenty of value just here on YouTube and on Instagram as well. And Instagram is of course, like a shorter format. But you need to make people happy. You need to make them feel that you actually invest in this relationship. For example, my first ever YouTube channel, right? As I mentioned, it was in YouTube in Poland and it was in crypto space with this channel. I was recording three videos per week for six months before I made my 1st $50,000 month. So as you can see, you need to provide enormous, like, you know, you need to provide a lot of value to make it work. So this is what I was doing. Like all this time, I was just providing value. And no matter what you're doing on YouTube or Instagram, for example, it usually starts like this. So let's say there is nothing. Let's say one cell, then there's nothing. Maybe one more, maybe one more. And then at some point they will basically start skyrocating and you will basically see like, results are getting better and better and they will basically grow exponentially. But you need to survive this tough time here, where there's literally next to zero sales or there is, let's say zero to like one k per month. So this time depends. Every business is different. The more competitive business it is, the more difficult it is going to be, the easier, like the more niche down, or let's say something relatively broad. But there are no strong competition there. There are plenty of niches where there are no strong marketers there. So we can just join this niche. If you have experience and you can immediately start making money. Right? So, but basically, this is what you need to do. Like, you need to make people happy. You need to actually do it for them. It's not about money when you're doing business. Business is not about money. Money is just something that is happening on the side. But business is about, again, solving problems. And every business out there that you can imagine is solving problems. If nothing, they are not in business for a very long time. So those are things that are very important. Make sure to, you know, adjust your business strategy if you are doing those things and you are not doing them properly.
