How I got here…

If you’re new to my channel, my name is Adam Enfroy. I’m the founder of https://AdamEnfroy.com, a blog that I launched in 2019. With two VAs, I grew it to $1M/year business in two years. In 2021, I launched this YouTube channel, now a $4M/year business. So in total, I make $5M/year with dead simple content - I’ve never gone viral, I don’t have millions of followers, and I’m not all that interesting.

I created this channel to combat all of the “guru” clickbait on YouTube that promises too much, delivers too little and makes you feel bad by comparison.

My life wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows to get here:

At 22, I got kicked out of college after failing 9 classes. At 24, I got back in and finally graduated (with student loans, an alcohol problem, and a degree I didn’t know how to use lol). For the next two and a half years, I worked at a pizza place making $9/hour. It then took me the next 10 years of turning my life around to get here. If I can pull myself out of that mess, I want to give people hope that they can too. It just doesn’t happen overnight.

Speaker A: If you want to make money with AI, with content without going viral or spending a bunch of money in a real business way, then this video is for you. So I'm going to give you some free AI prompts that I use to develop a monetization plan here. Then we're going to get into how to actually use AI to create content fast and easily for both websites and YouTube, all kinds of monetizable stuff. Then using AI to speed up the whole process so you can create a real AI based business and get to $10,000 a month with dead simple content. Now, if you don't know who I am, my name is Adam Frey. I launched the fastest growing [email protected] comma, one of the fastest to revenue YouTube channels. They're both seven figure businesses now. And I teach beginners the real information to create sustainable businesses without having to go viral, spend a bunch of money or waste your time. So let's get into it. So the first question is, what type of content are we actually going to create and use AI to help us with to make money? So really there's only a couple, right? There's text, so like blog posts, articles, things like that, and then video content. So YouTube videos and we can monetize AI content with affiliate marketing, ads, sponsors and eventually selling our own product. All four of those things. Now, the number one thing that we have to choose is what niche are we going to get into if we're going to create an AI business? What's our actual niche? What's our company? What are we going to talk about? What I have here is Claude AI. So you can use Claude. I have a system prompt that I just pasted in and this is a great niche brainstorming tool. So what you can do is put the main niche you're interested in. I'm going to put in like golf simulators. So in golf simulators, I'm like, I want to talk about golf and golf simulators. And I can make a bunch of affiliate revenue for expensive stuff and I can create articles and videos on it. This will give me five sub niches to talk about. So when we're creating an AI content plan, we need to have like our categories, right? Anything. These categories we have like home golf simulators, the technology, training and improvement golf simulator, entertainment and commercial. So I'm gonna say out of those, I'm gonna pick home golf simulators. And this will give me 20 ideas for content. So this is a two system prompts in a row that you can use to get this. So you can see here all of the different content I can create with AI to make money in the golf simulator niche. So things like best golf simulator accessories, with course play portable for swing analysis with multiplayer options, indoor, outdoor use compatible, all these different things are different pieces of content that I could create. Okay, so let's say we wanted to do golf simulator accessories. Well, I used another system prompt here, what I call the AI content machine, and I'm going to put in the keyword, so best golf simulator accessories. Now what this will do is this will create text based content for me. So first we're going to talk about blog content, right? Writing content to make money. So it's pretty simple. We can create a content plan with these AI tools to pick a niche for us, put the keywords in, create what we have here, a heading, a meta description, an introduction. We fill in the necessary information in the middle with some of the h two headings, and then it has a conclusion, all the semantic keywords that we would need. So this kind of replaces the need for expensive SEO tools like Ahrefs or surfer SEO or things like that. Now we can even take it a step further if we wanted to write one of these middle sections, I'm going to say like budget friendly golf simulator enhancements. I have another system prompt here. We just paste in that section heading golf simulator enhancements, and then it'll rewrite that entire section for us. And this is trained kind of like, right, like a human being aiming for different, like right, like a 40 year old teacher, 8th grade reading level, short and long sentences, things that make it seem like a human. So now, you know, we take this and we can have not just the written introduction and all the content that we need for this specific keyword when we're writing an article, but also it can write the middle sections for us too. As you can see here, it's pretty long. So now we don't want to just copy and paste, copy and paste, copy and paste. That's super easy, right? We want to put some human experience in because that's going to be key with text based content, to ranking it, to making money with it over time. If we want to have a content plan, ten to 20 articles and we keep going, we dominate one area, one specific sub niche, and we base it on our human experience. So we use AI to speed up the process and then we put our own little personal touch and stories in there and then hit publish. So right in there, we had a niche finding prompt, we had a content generating prompt and a paragraph generator prompt. If you're interested in getting all of these and more, make sure to click the link in the description and top comment below. You'll get my free AI masterclass where I cover exactly how to do all this stuff, plus my five favorite prompts. You'll get it in the very first email. Just click them. You can use it as a Google Doc. You just copy and paste it in.

Speaker A: Golf content can make money through affiliate revenue, ad revenue, all of that stuff. What if we wanted to do a YouTube strategy? So I'm going to put a new system prompt in that I created around YouTube idea engine. So let's come up with YouTube ideas. I'm going to say I want to do crypto for beginners is my channel. That's what I want to talk about. What's, what will it give me? Well, it give me some ideas here. It says let's explore the topic. Well, these are the main things that a crypto channel should cover. Cryptocurrency basics, safety and security, investing strategies, blockchain technology, crypto regulation and taxes. So those are some pretty good categories of content, I'm gonna say. Which would I like to cover on let's go cryptocurrency basics. Now this will give me different YouTube video ideas that I can create based on these different AI ideas. So different things on how to buy bitcoin, ethereum, crypto wallets, what is dogecoin, crypto scams, defi nfts, how to read crypto charts, all of that stuff. So really it's coming up with some good ideas here. And what used to take a long time because like YouTube ideation, especially for me, like in this channel, it can take a long time, right? Coming up with a good title, thumbnail concept, coming up with a good teaching style. So a, I can really speed up that whole pre production aspect. We'll take it a step further and actually have it create a script for us too. So this one is now a script generator prompt that I created with AI. So we can just put a keyword or a video idea in from our list, like best altcoin for altcoins for beginners. And what this will do is it'll give us a solid framework, so it'll give us an introduction script, but it's not fully scripted because I think sometimes like AI based, crappy fully scripted videos don't actually do well or make money, right. We actually want to talk about these things ourselves from our experience. Now what this does is it has a YouTube script outline for the video. So it has an introduction with a little call to action here. Stick around, show you how to navigate this and insert a call to action here for relevant crypto trading, like an affiliate link, or click my link below for a course, something like that. Then we have main outline. What are all coins? Talk about it. Why consider altcoins their potential for high returns diversification. Brief stories about this stuff. Then we can talk about top five altcoins. You can swap these out with any that you know about. So what you can do here though is like if you had this in a Google Doc and you just take all of this and you know about.

Speaker B: The topic relatively well.

Speaker A: Like if you have some experience talking about crypto, you could pretty much trade, use this and just like talk and go off the cuff on YouTube. I think that actually works a lot better for creating talking head videos that make a ton of money rather than going AI and behind the scenes, you would just put this in a Google Doc and then just look at this and be like, okay, when you're researching all coins, it's really important to understand fundamental analysis. So let's really quickly in a screen share, go over some technical, you know, analysis stuff. And it's really like using notes to kind of jog your memory on YouTube can work a lot better and faster than like some fully scripted AI based video. Again, we are creating content with AI frameworks, but we're using in a way that the algorithms reward. So whether it's the Google algorithm, the YouTube algorithm, we're kind of using it as frameworks, but then are putting in our own personal human experience, because that's the type of content that actually makes a ton of money. So we've covered already how to use AI to find your niche, the sub niches, the keyword strategy, how to create the blog content, how to create YouTube ideas and content. So all of those prompts are really easy to use. I created these system prompts and frameworks, but how do we actually make money from this AI content? I have a YouTube channel right now and a blog. And between the two, I make over $100,000 a month with just dead simple video content. So here's how you would make it. First we'll cover blog posts, and then we'll cover YouTube videos. So blog monetization looks like this. If we have an article here, and let's say we're doing that golf simulator article, this is what it looks like, right? And there's multiple ways that we can do this. So this would be like the top ten best golf simulators. Simulators of 2024. And that's the title. And how this makes money through affiliate revenue is. Well, best is the word that signifies buyer intent. That means that somebody is looking for comparative content. They want to compare the best golf simulators. They're searching that they want to do it. So the first is an introduction. And the introduction can have the target keyword in here once somewhere. So best golf simulators can be in there. And then we have the first h two heading, and this one is the target keyword in the form of a question. So this is how Google likes to see it. So it would be, what are the best golf simulators? What are they? And then the answer is h three s. Number one is this company. Company a. And then you have the features. You write about the features, the pricing, all of that. And then you have a call to action button. Now we'll have affiliate links here, here. And these affiliate links take people to the actual webpage to buy the golf simulator. That looks like a golf simulator. Right. And if they buy, you make a purchase through that sale. Now that's, there's affiliate links in here. There also can be banner ads. So every like three to four paragraphs, you could join an ad network and have banner ads here. And also up here, that could be banner ads. Those are ads. And this is affiliate. So there's two revenue streams. You could also have a company b, could be a sponsor, right? They could pay you for that spot. And then after all of this is said and done, you could actually also have an exit intent pop up, come up right here. With a lead magnet for your golf simulator information. Now this will go to an email list that will sell your own products. So you can see that there's one, two, three ways to monetize with an article. Just writing a written intro and sections. Let me show you one, for example. So for example, this is an article on the best golf simulator of 2024. We have the title, we have a picture, we have a written introduction. And then they have a little quick list here with three with different columns. But then it gets into the main content, which is this is number one, foresight sports simulator. These are affiliate links here. Check on Amazon, you can see the price and it looks like it's going to the actual product pages. And then you can see like this one's 2500 bucks. And then it's really simple when you're creating this type of content because it's just the features that you need. And then pick company two, company three, down and down the list. You can see there's actually an exit intent pop up here too that is making me sign up for the email list where they're eventually going to sell me stuff. So with that we are going to be ranking for things on Google to generate income through affiliate revenue, ad revenue and eventually building our email list. Now with YouTube, this is actually a link in the description. So you're going to see, this is like a YouTube browser here, either your phone or a computer. You're going to have, this is the video right here, this is the title. And then there's the description right here, right. And it always says, read more. You click that link, you drop it. And the affiliate links are right here. So people add affiliate links here and they also added in a pinned comment. So you'll see like you can pin a comment and you can drop an affiliate link, you can drop your own product links, all of that, that stuff there. Let's look at a couple examples of that. So I'll show you a couple examples. This is a video on the top 15 crypto altcoins and stuff like that from Altcoin daily. You can see how people optimize the YouTube description when they're creating content to monetize it. So we have best exchanges, crypto exchanges to buy. This is probably an affiliate link for a crypto exchange. And then they have events here, they have another event. They could have more affiliate links, but everyone is optimized a little bit differently. They have their own ledger, buy bitcoin. So you can see like there's four or five different links that you could you know, use to monetize videos on YouTube. Then you can see, here's another example, the best golf simulators of 2024 from let's playthrough. Here's his affiliate link for true golf. Right? So use the code, click this button and you can actually, let's see, launch monitors, simulators and more. So it's an affiliate link to buy very expensive golf simulators. And he created this video on the best golf simulators with the links in the description. So that's how it's monetized on YouTube. Monetization isn't just ad revenue, isn't making going viral and getting millions of views, it's actually teaching, right? So you're teaching both the best products needed in the niche and then how to do things in the niche. So if we look at like the content here, he's got best golf simulator videos, he's got all kinds of tailor made driver reviews. So it's really all helpful content, right? All about ranking golf brands, how to do things with different products and all of that. So monetizing it that way through YouTube is all through the links in the description mainly and then in the pinned comment as well. So when we're thinking about making money with AI content, we have to realize like, okay, what are we actually doing here? Well, AI is a speed tool now. We're not going to just copy and paste AI content like everyone else would try to do, right? Because that's not good. I don't really watch many YouTube channels that are just AI voiced and there's no person behind it and there's nothing, right? Much like I don't read articles that are just AI written, right? They're not very good. But there's a lot of process here when it comes to making money to actually get to monetization. When we think about it, there's actually like planning. So like this is like what niche do I even get into, right? And then there's keyword research. What content do I create? Then there's content outlining and writing, then basically publishing. And then there's monetization. So these are the main things. Now what's nice is AI does this. It can help you pick the niche, find the sub niche, find the keywords. It can do the keyword research for you. It can then create the content. Mostly where we're just doing human editing here. Human editing. Human experience always wins out. We're using AI to do this, this and this, and then monetization. So that is what we can focus on. So instead of spending all of our time picking our niche, doing all of the manual keyword research with a tool like Ahrefs, which might show us things that are already the market that people know about, right. AI is finding things almost before they're becoming popular in a lot of ways. If you train it right and then it can do the content writing. So we're just focused on monetization now. This allows us to create a consistent content strategy with AI where if I have a YouTube video, I know I'm publishing two videos every week. If I have a website, I can be publishing three to five articles every single week. And that's how you win, is just to keep publishing more and more content, transactional and informational content, using AI to do this, find your niche, do the keyword research, help with the initial content outlining so that you're just doing some human editing and then focused on monetization. So that's like joining affiliate programs, adding ads to your site or to your YouTube channel, you know, getting approved to join the ad networks and then eventually getting sponsors, eventually selling your own product. Right, because that's ultimately what we want to do. We don't want to be just reliant. Like affiliate revenue is the best first monetization stream to start with because it can dictate the content strategy. We can create really simple articles and videos around affiliate keywords that people are interested in and then over time we teach more and more and more and then we get people to buy something that we own. So our own product, so much like on YouTube in the description, you can build your email list through links there, right? Send people to an opt in page for a lead magnet related to your niche and then you get them in. You send automated emails to sell things. That's really how it works. Same thing with the blog exit intent, pop ups to build your email list and sell things. So we're building an AI diversified business with content where the AI is doing a lot of the heavy lifting for us. Basically the work of like one to two people. And then we are just focused on the strategy, the actual what are we going to write and the monetization so we can spend more time on the monetization. So we're not just doing the drudgery of writing every single word ourselves or coming up with every YouTube idea ourself. So really to win on Google, we have to go deep. So for example, there's going to be, you know, best crypto exchanges, right? When we think about that keyword, there's going to be a bunch of big media sites ranking for that big coin sites. It's going to be tough. So we go deeper. Maybe we could rank for best altcoins for beginners or something longer tail. However, sometimes what you'll find is that we go long tail on certain niches like crypto, and it's still really competitive. We still see a bunch of authoritative sites on the first page. So it's almost like crypto might be better. Actually, for YouTube, that's how a lot of people do it, right? They teach on the screen and then people can join their discord community for a paid fee. They can do affiliate links in the description that way. So what we do is we want to go deep on topics, but we have to choose the right niche. So for example, if we're looking at something even like, you know, technology, a lot of big media sites, they're in tech, they're in finance, business software, those are really the ones that are really competitive on Google. So we could go like, okay, what about technology? Like, you know, smart home devices? Well, even when we go long tail on Google, it's still pretty difficult, right? It's hard. However, if we find other niche examples, we can actually do a little bit better. So I went a step further and, you know, I did patio furniture instead. So what about patio furniture? Doesn't seem too competitive. We put stuff in and then I even put in find some new and emerging products that aren't competitive on Google yet and gave me a bunch like smart solar patio umbrella, sound system, patio tables, antimicrobial cushion fabric. There's a lot of new products in every niche that you can monetize. So I found one, for example, like best patio furniture, uv indicators. And when you look at a lot of these, you'll see that lower authority sites are on page one. So number one ranking is a doctor 31. And then we also see down the line doctor third, another doctor 31 that is ranking on the first page. It's actually the same site. We start to see, okay, AI is giving us some ideas that actually we could rank for on Google because they're not that competitive. You put these in Ahrefs, it might say zero, right? But sometimes we often know that by the time that a keyword gets to an SEO tool like that, it might be kind of late in some respects. I've seen plenty of keywords that have a search volume of ten, it says. But then I see I get hundreds or thousands of visits a month, so we can come up with new and emerging trends that way. And then we just go deep on the topic. So we go deeper. So like Forbes, Reddit, they're up here. They might write an article about patio furniture in general maybe, but they're not going to go deep on very specific things. So we build topical authority by going deeper and becoming known in one sub niche where we have more content on that sub niche than any other site does. Now, you can see from my own site that since I started this like AI strategy, all it's helped me do is publish more articles faster for my website. So you can see back in January I had 157 pages. Now I'm up to about 398. And you can see directly traffic has gone up and to the right as a result of that, over 100,000. I want to show you some examples of other sites that are doing stuff well. So I found some. They're just doing things really well. So like melissanorris.com, i found her site ranking for a lot of things related to like homesteading and that kind of stuff. So if we look at the keywords that she's ranking for, this is a small personal brand website, pretty low doctor, but she's ranking for a ton of content, right? Different pickle recipe, mayonnaise recipes, all these different food type of keywords that she's ranking for with all these different articles, right? So tons and tons of articles that are ranking and she's getting about 58,000 visits a month. You can see it went down and then she's gone up here as well. But it's in one niche, right? It's in one specific area. Here's another example I like is simracingsetups.com as a website, what is the best VR headset for Sim racing? Very long tail, very niche and specific, but ranking really well for that as a low 34 doctor site, very simple content, right? The benefit of like a blog post when we're reviewing products like this is that we don't have to physically use them much like a YouTube video. You would have to show the VR headsets, show you using it, show the products, all of that. Whereas when people are skimming to buy stuff through a blog, they're just looking for like some general features and affiliate links, which is actually really good for us because we just have to create simple content, send people through the affiliate links, it's like $1500 product there. So I like that example as well. And then a couple of YouTube channels, I think I just like that are doing really well in different niches. Is like robuilt, he has a channel about Airbnb so starting tiny home Airbnb business. He has a lot of different videos, right? So 284 videos. He's got some popular ones that have like a million views. But you can see like if we look at some of the latest videos, how they're monetized. Let's just take a look at his latest video. For example, he's got, you know, hostcon, he has his own conference. He has this link, which is some type of work with him, LinkedIn, another case study, a bunch of free guides. Sign up to host on Airbnb and get his listing feedback. So he's got a bunch of group stuff. So not affiliate links, but stuff in his own products and events and things like that. Another really good example of just scaling content is trading warrior. So he's been at it for like ten years, but he has 2300 videos. And if we see some of his videos lately, like you can just take a look at the latest one and you can see all of his links in here. So he has full PDF strategy, two week trial of his paid communities, all of his courses listed here. He's got more of his story, his broker statements. He's got to be a little bit more specific because he talks about day trading, which according to the FTC and stuff. You have to be a little bit more careful. Blog articles, all of that. But you can see what all of these people have is volume, volume of content. 2300 videos. This channel has 284 videos. Melissa Norris has, we see the pages that she has, she has, you know, 739 pages, which is a lot more than I have. And then Sim racing setup. If we put this one into Ahrefs, we can see that this site, if we just look at it, they have 1200 pages. So they're ranking all kinds of different sim racing setups with very specific keywords around there, getting tons and tons of traffic. So really the key here with content is using AI as a framework to create the niche strategy, to develop the keyword strategy that you're going to talk about, put your own human element in the middle. So that's talking writing from personal experience about products and things that you've done. And if it's YouTube, that's talking from experience as well, and then monetizing. So AI is a speed tool that if we want to create a content business on, we can do it and we can get to ten k a month pretty simply. So let's think about how do you actually get to ten k a month with AI content, with simple content? Well, it could be a number of different things. It could be five k in affiliate revenue per month. Another, say two k in ad revenue. And then it could just be three k in one sponsor. There's ten k right there. You could even add in if you wanted to sell services. That's a way to make money faster too. Like let's say you do AI writing and content and YouTube stuff and you just sell that to a brand for a few thousand a month. That's considered services, which is a good thing. But let's say we're talking about affiliate revenue. What would that look like? Well, if we're making 5000 a month, let's just say you're getting 10,000 visits a month to your affiliate article, to any of your affiliate articles. Now when we look at that, okay, of that, not everybody's gonna click an affiliate link. Maybe 4000 people will click click an affiliate link. Now based on conversion rates, we know that about 2% of people will buy. So 2% of 4000. Do the math. 80. Yeah, 80 sales. Okay, so you make 80 sales through that 10,000 visits. Let's say the product that you're promoting is $2,000 and you get a 10% commission. Meaning for every sale, like golf simulator, $2,000 for that. For every sale you make $200 times 80. Now we're actually looking at 16,000 a month. So it's literally, there's ways with specific affiliate traffic where you could make $16,000 a month on 10,000 visits. It just depends on the niche. I have other examples and videos where I make like 200 times return on investment from affiliate marketing compared to just passive ad revenue. But anyways, you know, this could be, you know, 20 articles ranking for different things. Ad revenue up, maybe it's up to 50, but really there's, you know, when we're talking about multiple income streams here, there's a number of different ways to get to ten k. So ultimately it's about using AI to be a content creator, not just a content consumer. Right. And AI is the catalyst to get into this in an easy, fun way, taking all the strategy and guesswork out of it so you can spend time adding your personal touches and monetizing it.
