When it's no longer about the game called abundance, it's about the game called change. What do I need to change? The more I change, the more abundant I will be. Just sit down, close your eyes and observe the thoughts that arise. That's exactly what prevents you from being abundant. I made a pact with myself. If one day I could visualize my future and it didn't look different from remembering the past, then something would be wrong. Think neurologically about the circuits of that memory. Feel the emotions of that new belief and observe the changes in your life. It's possible to heal ourselves just with thoughts and meditation. My belief in what is possible has drastically changed in the last two years. I am no longer the same person because of the profound experiences I have lived. I mean, I saw a specific person with muscular dystrophy, a young man who had been in a wheelchair for over twelve years. If you study muscular dystrophy, you will know there is no cure, no going back. Right? There is still much to be done to get it right on this long journey. When you are diagnosed with a terminal or chronic health condition, you usually depend on something external to regain your health and balance. That's the conventional model. But if that's not working, you need to seek alternatives. Some people settle for mediocrity, while others, disturbed, seek answers. Once, a lady mistakenly received my book, you are the placebo, which was delivered to her home by Amazon. She hadn't even ordered the book. It sat on the coffee table for three months, until one day she decided to open it. She had Parkinson's, and upon seeing the brain imaging related to the disease, she began doing the meditations. Eventually, she came to one of the week long retreats and healed completely. She got on stage to share her story. It sounds crazy, doesn't it? But she healed herself. I also saw members of the green berets and Navy SEALs. People with many physical and emotional health conditions, heal in a similar way. The only thing they wanted to do afterward was to share that healing. They wanted to take it to their communities, to their tribes, to the people they love. The intention is, I healed myself. Now I want to heal another person. And so you heal yourself, and the next thing you want is to help others share the message. But for that, the mental model has to change. If I healed myself and truly transformed my energy, can I heal another person? And that's exactly what we do. We say now that you can change your own health. You can also change the health of another person. So we built a model of understanding and we did it? Suddenly I started seeing people getting out of wheelchairs, blind people regaining their sight and extraordinary things happening like disease remissions. I was more surprised by this than anyone else. Then Covid-19 came and we wondered if we are in the quantum field where there is no separation, can we hit a target from a distance? We just need an image coordinate and we have remote coherence. It's fascinating. And these people do it every day. They are not trying to heal themselves, they are healing other people they don't even know. People scattered around the world without being in the same environment. It's incredible. They receive an image of the target, visualize this person, enter the quantum field, keep this person in their hearts and change their energy. Thus the model evolves. Now, can you heal someone remotely? The answer is absolutely yes. In fact, our studies with UC San Diego are amazing. I told the at what point in your lives did you imagine you would be discussing the effects of remote coherence healing which works as well as medications and in some cases better. Our data suggests this is real. We conducted a triple blind placebo study. And there is no doubt that these people are causing profound effects. We just published a paper on the mathematical synchronization of the heart. Groups of people who gather collectively are synchronizing. We publish this study. It's mathematical, it's real. There is a lot of science involved. Something is happening in the hearts of these people. They are feeling the same amount of love, harmonizing in a similar resonance and frequency. Tchowi did an amazing preliminary study with autistic children. I'm telling you this so you know it's not speculation, it's reality. These are boys between six and twelve years old. Children facing many challenges. They have gone through physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, inhibition therapy, conversational therapy, and tried nutrients, vitamins, everything. But they did not respond. They didn't change much. They were restless, had self destructive behaviors, were incontinent, didn't sleep, were obsessive, had outbursts and social difficulties. The gross and fine motor skills of these children were compromised, as was their language. We decided instead of conducting a scientific analysis to involve the best scientists to observe the children of these families. And who are these scientists? The parents. They know every detail about their children because they give them their full attention. They are aware of every habit, behavior and obsession. After six weeks of observations twice a week, the results were surprising. By the end of this period, the children began to speak in complete sentences. Sleep through the night, take naps, go to school alone, use the bathroom stop defecating in bed, hug their parents when they got home, ask for what they wanted, jump on the trampoline and engage in school activities. It's amazing. The parents are very happy. Their lives have changed drastically because their children have also changed, or at least are more cheerful and engaged. The most impressive part, the parents aren't always in the room, and yet these effects continue to occur. Returning to your question, this is evolution. We never know how our thinking will change until we experience something new. A new experience opens doors to possibilities we had never considered before. There are infinite possibilities because by experiencing something new, we begin to think in different ways. Awareness is an endless process of self discovery. And what is the central question of this process? Who am I? What we discovered from our data is that the most desperate people are the least likely to respond positively. This happens because they are waiting for the healing to occur first. And only then will they feel gratitude. What they have not yet realized is that by feeling gratitude, healing actually begins to happen. It is not an insurmountable obstacle. We need to work meticulously with these people to get them out of this negative state. That is exactly my job. When everyone is preparing, we notice that people who are genuinely committed to inner change tend to absorb this energy of transformation better. When people feel grateful, super grateful to be there, they will do anything to achieve what they desire. This is what happens when matter tries to change matter. And everyone is playing this game, trying to accumulate as many things as they can. That is the definition of abundance for many to accumulate. If that is what you want, that's fine. But how about learning the formula for true creation? To do this, you need to feel the emotions before the experience happens. If you understood that you can dissociate all your attention from this three dimensional reality and not focus on anything known, and you realized that it is the field that creates matter, not the other way around, you would begin to change your energy with a clear intention and an elevated emotion. At that moment, the heart starts to beat in a harmonious rhythm like a drum. We have measured this many times. And when it happens, the next thing is that the heart informs the brain that it is safe to create. The person relaxes in the present moment, and this is akin to shaking a large sheet where the energy of the heart informs the brain to enter elegant and coherent states of alpha brainwaves. The brain. Then what is the next dream? What is the next opportunity you wish to experience? This is the state of creation. Now you have a Wi Fi signal, a coherent brain emitting direction and a coherent heart attracting what you desire. When there is a vibrational match between your energy and the potential in the quantum field, and you feel abundant, whatever your brain associates with abundance is activated. This is the true creative process. The frontal lobe of the brain begins to question what it would be like to be creative or abundant. Perhaps you do not know what it would be like to be abundant. So you can start by reading about people who have truly achieved abundance. By doing this you will realize that the path was not always glorious. They failed, were betrayed, learned valuable lessons, but persisted. What qualities of those people could you incorporate? That is the key, because it is not about material wealth, but about who you become during the process. People think it is about wealth, but what really matters is the overcoming process that attracts that prosperity. Often people say, I can't feel grateful for my wealth because it hasn't arrived yet. This is a form of hypnosis where you wait for the experience to feel gratitude. This is a newtonian three dimensional view of cause and effect in the quantum realm. You need to feel to experience. The heart acts as an amplifier sending a signal out. And this frequency carries the thought of abundance. Suffering and lack on the other hand, cannot carry that thought because they are different frequencies. Feelings of suffering generate thoughts different from those of abundance. People can repeat, I am abundant, abundant, abundant as much as they want. But that thought never reaches the body because it gets blocked in the brain stem. The body on the other hand is saying I am miserable, I am unhappy, I am in scarcity. In other words, the affirmation doesnt work. Alright, lets take another step. If you practice and truly understand what we teach. Like you learned to play handball, hit a golf ball or dance salsa, you simply practiced until you got good at it. If you were doing it right, what would the outcome be? The experiment of being abundant would mean that you would feel that emotion. It's so good to do this with your eyes closed. But the challenge is to do it with your eyes open. Why? Because by feeling the emotions of your future, you are no longer searching for them. You are already living in that future. Now the body is so objective that it begins to believe it is living this reality of abundance. As you feel that emotion, you no longer feel separate from it. You are no longer in scarcity, you are no longer seeking for it to happen, nor questioning why it hasn't occurred yet. If you already feel abundant, why would you seek for more? Our work is to maintain that modified state of mind and body. Does this mean you should check your bank account tomorrow to see if you already have half a million dollars. No. What you should do is stay tuned to that potential, and then the synchronicities will arise. What is that? These are signs from the environment, the universe saying, hey, whatever you're doing is starting to work. I think it's so important for people to remember that they are creators of their lives rather than victims. The victim says, I feel this way because that person, that circumstance, or the lack of money makes me feel this way. That is their relationship with money. What this really means is that they are using scarcity to reaffirm their dependency and condition. The relationship with money is based on lack, and when they don't have it, they feel bad. They say the external environment controls their emotions and thoughts. Why are you happy today? Because things are going well. And why are you in a bad mood? Because things are going badly. This unconscious program of victimization reveals that we allow the environment to control our emotions. Influencing the way we feel and think is not victimization. The stronger the emotion we have regarding scarcity, the more we focus on the fact that we do not have what we desire. With this, the person forgets that they are creating their own reality. By focusing on lack, they end up generating even more scarcity. So what do many people do? They try harder, force more, control more, until they exhaust themselves. The body and mind become tired and worn out. The experiment I propose is to try differently. Create from the field of energy instead of matter. Focus on having a coherent heart and brain. When you relax, the heart energy moves directly to the brain. We have measured this thousands of times, and suddenly the person enters incredible brain states, where they become highly creative. The longer you remain aware of this energy, the more you attract the future to yourself. Now, what is synchronicity? It happens when what you do internally begins to generate effects in the external world. Pay attention to what you did and repeat it. Do it again as an experiment. Generate a little more abundance. When synchronicity occurs, do you feel suffering or do you feel a little excited? Inspired? Right. That synchronicity is telling you to use that energy. That feeling should be easier to access now. So go back, repeat and continue with the experiment. Soon the promotion will come. The email or that person you meet at the right time. Wow, something is happening here. This generates momentum. And so we create abundance. Relationships and abundance don't happen by chance. We create them. If you do a 1 hour meditation, where you align with your abundant future, but spend the other 15 hours of the day focused on scarcity, don't expect anything to change you've returned to the old energy pattern and if you blame a person, circumstance or your bank account, youve returned to the unconscious program of being a victim. Lets move forward. If your personality creates your personal reality, and it does, and your personality is composed of how you think, act and feel, then the personality listening to this podcast created the reality you live in now. This means that if you want to change your personal reality, you will have to change your personality. Nothing changes in your life until you change. When you start to change, you realize that 95% of who we are is on autopilot. This includes programmed thoughts, ingrained beliefs, perceptions, unconscious habits and behaviors, as well as emotional responses that tend to be automatic and instinctive. If 95% of us is made up of unconscious programs, the first step to change is to become aware of those thoughts. Many people believe that when they sit down to work on themselves and seek change, they are doing something wrong. In fact, these negative thoughts need to come to the surface, such as I can't, I'm not worthy or this will never work. But a person who truly persists toward abundance realizes that just because they have this thought, it doesn't mean it is true. They become curious about what lies on the other side of that thought, understanding that it is merely a thought. And just as neurons that do not fire together no longer form connections, by moving beyond that thought, it loses its power over you. Now you have power over it. Or rather, you are using your brain properly instead of being a victim of it. If you complain about money, judge those who have it, rush when you feel you lack it, or cheat when you need something. Know that an abundant person does not behave that way. You need to look at these behaviors and say, I need to break these habits. If I really want to be abundant, I cannot act like this. Now here is the main point. If you truly want to be a new personality living in a new reality, you cannot carry scarcity with you, nor unworthiness, nor a story involving your parents, grandparents, ex partners, or anyone else. That story needs to end. And if not now, when will it be? How do people put an end to that story? Well, with clarity. How many times do we need to forget something before we stop forgetting and start remembering? That is the game of change. How many times do we need to be unconscious and revert to the old personality until we finally realize it? Stop doing that and become conscious. That is true change. The problem is that most people wake up in the morning and think, let me think about my problems. The brain is a record of the past, so when they think about their problems. Like the lack of money. These problems are usually connected to certain people, places, objects and situations that have failed or hurt them. And so the moment they wake up. Whenever a person recalls past problems. They are bringing those memories into the present. By doing this, they strengthen and solidify those memories. Keeping them alive in their mind. The problem is that each memory comes with an emotion. Because we experience those situations intensely. So when the person feels lack, unhappiness or anxiety. Their body is stuck in the past. Thoughts are the language of the brain. And feelings are the language of the body. As we think and feel, we create our state of being. The conditioning process begins like just one thought and one feeling. A memory or an image. A stimulus and a response. And we are conditioning the body to be the mind of that emotion. Over time, the memory ceases to be only in the brain. And is subconsciously buried in the body. The body then becomes the mind of that emotion. Living in lack and believing in it. The nervous system, cells and neurochemicals are so objective. That the body cannot distinguish between a real experience and an emotion created solely by thought. It believes it is living the same experience every day. This happens because the ultimate outcome of any experience is an emotion. If your life is changing positively, but you remain stuck in the feeling of lack. You will not see new opportunities. You will view your life through the lens of the past. Imagine a person who notices that all their friends are making money and doing incredible things. They feel that sense of lack. But when it's no longer about abundance itself. But rather the change that needs to happen. That is a powerful moment. It is no longer about healing. But about the transformation necessary for progress. By observing the stories of people who have overcome serious illnesses like cancer, Parkinson's, strokes, paralysis and even genetic disorders. I realize that for them, it was never about the healing itself. But about the internal change necessary to achieve it. When the focus shifts to this transformation, the game changes. Therefore, when someone feels lack, it is not just in the mind, it is in the body. And when someone seeks abundance, it is not about abundance itself. But about the change that needs to happen for healing or progress to manifest. I am not using healing as an example, but lets focus on abundance. When you understand that you cannot become prosperous. Because you set aside the game of abundance. And start playing the game of change. You begin to ask yourself, what do I need to change? The more I change, the more prosperous I will be. The fact that it has not happened yet. Is due to the old personality. That feels separate from the experience of lack. This mindset is asking the question that shapes your current reality, reaffirming the perception you have. Therefore, we must concentrate our efforts on what we need to change at every moment. Rather than fixating on abundance or healing. The word meditation means familiarizing yourself with yourself for a sufficient amount of time without distractions like cell phones, social media, TikTok or emails. Just sit down, close your eyes and observe the thoughts that arise. This practice is crucial for understanding why you may not be experiencing abundance. Notice what you tend to do when you feel a lack. Seeking to eliminate that feeling. The body is programmed subconsciously to feel a sense of lack. Thus, the emotion of scarcity directs our thoughts and behaviors. If an emotion is a record of the past, then we are acting habitually. Repeating old patterns reduce the intensity of that emotion. Every time you notice the feeling of lack arising and just as when eliminating any addiction, you will feel cravings. Your body might say, hey Louise, it's been about 2 hours since you did this. You are so accustomed to having thoughts of lack that this repeats about 150,000 times a day. When you try to stop, the body influences the mind, saying that this won't work. Thoughts like, you are a loser. It didn't work before or it's too hard may arise. This is why many people struggle to lose weight or stay fit. They try for a few days, but cravings for food or fatigue lead them back to their old personality. The body has been conditioned by the mind. Body and mind are interconnected. The body has become accustomed to the familiarity of lack even without realizing it. The biggest challenge is making a conscious decision. When you choose this change, be prepared to feel discomfort. It may feel strange and your body will say, louise, why don't you think the same thoughts, do the same things, make the same decisions and have the same experiences? To feel that sense of lack again, this is a reality that many face daily. It's important to reflect on how miserable someone's life can be. This is something widely recognized. The body tends to influence the mind to return to familiar territory, to habitual patterns. Now you might ask yourself, what thoughts do I not want to have? An abundant person does not think this way. I had a participant at our event who is a great example. He went through an incredible transformation process. He healed after having tried to take his own life three times. When he came to us, he didn't even have the will to live. Today, he is valued at hundreds of millions of dollars and continues to make donations. The lesson he shared was that true wealth is not in money, but in who he became throughout this process of overcoming. This journey required him to transcend all the negative thoughts of the past. The mistakes made, the debts, and all his failures. He realized he could no longer be that person. So he began to ask himself, how would a rich person think in creating his wealth? The first thing he did was start donating. Why? Because an abundant person doesn't feel lack. They know how to generate more abundance. He questioned himself, what if I keep donating? And surprisingly, he continued to receive more. This is an interesting experiment because he truly lives in that state of abundance. He also experienced profound healing in his life. When you heal your heart, you also heal your mind. We have seen this happen so many times. By healing his heart, he underwent a significant transformation. Now, the fundamental question is, how would an abundant person think? Write this down and solidify these thoughts in your mind. Install this new mental hardware. Practice this with attention and intention so that it becomes the new voice in your head. A new program you have installed. Before you pick up your phone and start scrolling through social media, close your eyes and mentally rehearse how this abundant person would behave. How would they walk? How would they breathe? How would they smile? How would they greet people? How would they behave in Zoom calls, in traffic, or during a dinner? The act of closing your eyes and mentally rehearsing these actions is powerful. When you are present, the brain does not distinguish between the real experience and the one you are imagining. Over time, you will begin to develop neurological structures as if you have already lived those experiences. It is a record of the past that is prepared for the future. Keep doing this. Keep rehearsing. It is no different from playing an instrument, learning to dance, acting, or practicing a sport. Everyone is always rehearsing, right? The rehearsal process changes the brain, making it feel as if you have already experienced that. Now, what is the essential part of this? The hardware is in place. You must act. And now all you need to do is follow the steps. Keep it up. Doing this, and it becomes your software program. You start to act like a prosperous person. Everything changes. Your energy, your mood, the way you walk, breathe, and your posture. You step out of the known. Now you need to condition your body emotionally for the future. You cannot open your eyes until you truly feel worthy of receiving. And if you don't feel deserving worthy of receiving, then, if not now, when is it worth spending two long hours trying to get there? Ask yourself if it's worth spending 30 years chasing what you need materially. Okay, so the person who persistently struggles with their lack steps out of the bleachers and into the field. Here's what we learn. Let's talk about beliefs. Remember, a belief is a constant thought. Something that has been thought so many times that it becomes fixed in the brain, turning into an automatic program. We have beliefs about everything. Money, relationships, God. All of this is based on what we were told or our past experiences, right? The limits of these beliefs are in the emotions. Suppose you have been betrayed or abused, or that your father said money is bad and that there is never enough. That's just a story. But somehow it marked you. You remember that event very clearly, and it is rooted in who you are. So that emotion is the limit of your belief. How you think and how you feel creates your state of being. If you take a thought and a feeling, a thought and a feeling, that's called attitude. If you have a series of good thoughts connected to good feelings, you might say, I have a good attitude today. If, on the other hand, you have negative thoughts tied to negative feelings, you would say, I have a bad attitude today. Therefore, attitudes are just temporary states of being. Good attitude in the morning, bad attitude in the afternoon. If you combine one attitude with another and maintain that connecting several attitudes, you create what we call a belief. A belief is just a state of being. When you keep thinking the same thoughts, you fix them in your brain. If you keep feeling the same emotions, you condition your body to live the redundancy of that cycle repeatedly. This conditions the body to become subconsciously the manifestation of that belief. Since all beliefs are subconscious states of being, by taking one belief and connecting it to another, you form what we call perception. Perceptions are prolonged states of being that make us unconscious, allowing us to edit reality. In fact, most people do not see things as they really are. They perceive them based on memories. For example, someone may have been married for 40 years, and instead of seeing the person next to them, they only see the memory they have of them. There is research that supports this. So how do we change a belief or perception about ourselves or our lives? Let's analyze this. Imagine that scarcity is deeply rooted within you. You may know the story of someone who lived on the streets, lost everything, and was betrayed by a business partner who took their spouse and belongings. It's a common narrative, but you need to start telling a new story for the future. You must believe in that future more than in the past. How do you do that? You only believe in the past when you feel the emotions connected to it. The only way to believe in the future is by feeling the emotions of that future. Therefore, to change a belief or perception. About ourselves and our lives. We need to make a decision with such firm intent. That the intensity of that decision. Carries a level of energy. Greater than the programs rooted in our brain. And the emotional conditioning in our bodies. Your body must respond to your mind. In such a way. That this choice becomes an unforgettable moment in your life. Here's the feel, physically, when making this choice. The more intense the emotion you feel in that moment. The more you will remember that decision. To regulate an old belief. If trauma created an emotional conditioning in your life six or seven years ago. Your decision to change that belief needs to be as strong as a nine. You must step out of your comfort zone. And that moment needs to be impactful. You should be able to recall exactly where you were, the date, the time. And with whom you were when you decided to change. This is because you created a long term memory. Which is formed by significant experiences. Emotions are powerful. But if the intensity of an emotion is greater than that of betrayal. Suddenly your body starts to respond to the mind. At that moment, you truly give your body a glimpse of the emotional future. Thus, you mark what is possible. Your body is experiencing a small sample of that future event. Living the future. Now, this represents a great explosion in the quantum field. The side effect of this is that by combining a clear intention with elevated emotion. You are essentially anticipating your future. This resembles recalling your past. Think of the neurological circuits of that memory. Feel the emotions of a new belief. And watch your life begin to change. After all, nothing changes in our lives until we change. When we change our energy, we change our life. In this sense, the experiment ceases to be a struggle or a desire. And becomes a matter of transformation. When we realize that to become abundant. We need to overcome the old personality. Which represents 95% of who we are. The side effect of this initial process is significant discomfort. This discomfort arises because we are leaving our comfort zone. And facing the unknown. This can be frightening, and we often prefer to cling to pain and suffering. As it makes us feel something familiar. However, when we decide to no longer complain about money. To stop judging those who have it. And to not feel unworthy or separate, I we are beginning to change. These limiting beliefs must be left behind. It is not just about abundance. But about who you become in this process of overcoming and transformation. Many people seeking this work. Desire abundance, healing, new relationships or a new career. But what they truly seek is wholeness. When they feel incomplete, they end up living in scarcity or separation. Imagine feeling so much fullness. That there is no space for desire. This is what we seek. When we reach that state of wholeness, we can truly appreciate a sunset, savor a meal and live fully. Indeed, friends are in agony because they can no longer enjoy life. That is what they want. People desire abundance to enjoy life. They want the freedom to do what they want, with whom they want, as many times as they want, and wherever they want. That is freedom, right? Therefore, the motivating thought is that in fact people want freedom to create from the field rather than from matter. One must shorten the distance between cause and effect, which requires a clear intention, elevated emotion and coherence between the brain and heart. Tune into that energy and feel it in your brain and heart. There are many ways to do this. Examine your personality and your personal reality. Change your personality and consequently your reality. Don't make this a quest for abundance. Make it a journey of transformation, overcoming the version of yourself that is not abundant. The person who heals from a health condition does not think, act or feel the same way. When you ask them where the illness is, they being on stage in front of 1500 or 3000 people say, where is the illness? It lives in the old person. I am someone different now. That is no longer part of their story. It is no longer who they are. When we do our research, people dedicate themselves for seven days. At the end of that period, their bodies look genetically different. With all the metabolites altered, they are literally in a new environment. Here comes the intriguing part. They are on a dance floor where not much happens. What happens at a dance? I have been on thousands of dance floors, but somehow the atmosphere feels thriving, healthy, loving, welcoming and whole. Why? Because they were signaling their genes in relation to the environment. If the environment signals the gene that is epigenetics, the end result of the experience in the environment is an emotion. If you feel the emotion before the experience, you are signaling the gene in anticipation of the environment. Genes produce proteins, and proteins are responsible for the structure and function of your body. Look at Jack, by the way. Look at Jack. I like that. Look at that muscle. The expression of proteins is the expression of life. I couldn't get my mind to work. I felt like I had hit a golf ball right on target. Something clicked. And since then, what happened before? It took me between two and a half to 3 hours to do something that I managed to complete in just 45 minutes. During that time, I was creating and connecting new circuits in my mind, practicing and paying attention. Then suddenly I began to notice dramatic changes in my health. The moment I realized these changes in my body, I started to correlate them with what I was doing internally. I became addicted and began to perform this practice with more passion and sincerity. In ten weeks I was back on my feet and in twelve weeks I returned to my training. I made a pact with myself. If I could study the connection between the mind and the body and understand how the mind commands the body, it would change my life. This journey completely transformed me. I sold my practice, my house, and everything I had moved to the northwest and began to question who I am, why I am here, what we are doing, what happens when we die, and how all of this manifested for me. I started studying the science behind this, but I couldnt find answers in conventional textbooks. As it was an unconventional topic, neuroscience and epigenetics began to make sense and I built a model of understanding. I asked a fundamental question, had anyone done this before? I traveled to 17 countries and interviewed hundreds of people with serious health conditions treated either conventionally or alternatively. Some remained the same, while others improved. From these stories, I learned surprising things and returned to studying neuroscience. As the mind was a very strong element, I discovered that it wasn't about diethyde, celibacy, or any other isolated practice. It was truly a different element. This resilience is common in nature. All organisms can handle stressors for short periods. However, when stress becomes constant, day after day, week after week, year after year, the situation becomes unsustainable. Imagine yourself dealing with a tyrannosaurus rex chasing you. You need to decide whether to use 20% or 100% of your energy. When faced with traffic, you may end up using double the effort. Dealing with a difficult coworker turns an adaptive response into a maladaptive one. When you activate the stress response and don't turn it off, you move toward illness. As no one lives in emergency mode. It's interesting to note that we humans can activate the stress response merely through thought. We can think about our problems and replicate the biological effects of stress. This chemical activation triggers a wave of energy in the brain and body, which many people end up becoming addicted to. They begin to use the difficulties and conditions of their lives to reaffirm this emotional addiction. They need the unsatisfying job, the problematic relationship, and become addicted to a life they don't like. Why do we feel trapped in a bad job or relationship? It happens due to a conditioned response. For example, if you get irritated with a coworker and suddenly feel a wave of energy in your brain and body, this reaction becomes a pattern. As you notice your energy diminishing, you automatically think of that coworker seeking the next emotional jolt. In this way, people become addicted to their own thoughts. They realize they have been mismanaging their attention and energy, and understand they need to move beyond the past, overcoming these emotions to make significant changes. I need to break the habit of being who I am. I need to stop being this person right now. Although this sounds great, theoretically and philosophically, change is a difficult task the moment you come back to yourself and return to your life. When confronted with that person, place, or experience, many people unconsciously react to their thoughts and feelings about their surroundings. Thus, the environment ends up controlling how they think and feel. They realize that to achieve change, they must be greater than their environment and the conditions of the world around them. It is essential to keep in mind that whenever something arises, you must remember, I will think differently. I will not react this way. I will not go back. Because within you, an emotional reaction begins to happen. Emotions are records of the past. If they guide your thoughts, they take you back to what has already been lived. If you can't think beyond what you feel and believe that your thoughts shape your destiny, you end up replicating the past. Research shows that the constant repetition of thinking and feeling and feeling and thinking traps people, conditioning their bodies to become subconsciously the mind of emotions. This suggests that the body in its unconscious mind believes it is experiencing the same past experience 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. What is the relevance of this? Recent research on genes reveals that genes do not create diseases. It is the environment that signals the gene that can lead to disease. Whether emotional or physical. Any reaction to that environment reacting emotionally signals the same genes, leading to a genetic destiny. Stress hormones can activate disease causing genes, triggering the stress response. Only thoughts can make a person sick. If thoughts can make you sick, they can also heal. People have started to realize this. My God. This repetition of thinking and feeling and feeling and thinking has made me feel guilt. And I don't even know what guilt is. It seems that I am accustomed to this same chemical continuity. The moment you decide to change, be prepared. Every time you decide to change something about yourself, you may feel uncomfortable. It will hurt. You will leave the known, abandon the familiar and enter the unknown. Even though the familiar may be uncomfortable and painful, it will be painful to leave the suffering. Many people are happy even in their unhappiness. They prefer to cling to suffering than to risk something new. So these people think, I really have nothing to lose. Being willing to face discomfort and the unknown is crucial for creation. When our body is conditioned to become the mind, we must learn to transcend the physical. This leads us to a deeper conversation. But first I need to conclude my reasoning. The third reflection they shared was, now that I know this, I need to break the habit of being myself. This implies not only the inadequate management of my thoughts and feelings, but also the need to change my behavior. I need to observe how I speak and become aware of my unconsciousness. As 95% of who we are by the age of 35 is made up of memorized behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious beliefs, and perceptions, functioning like a computer program. The first step to change is to become aware of how we think, to notice our actions, and to pay attention to how we feel. The act of observing these mental and bodily states separates us from this program. Now we are the consciousness that observes the program. As we become more aware of how unconscious we are, it's like lighting a match in a dark environment. This first step creates a significant amount of chaos in the brain and body, which can be unsettling. As a result, many people tend to revert to the same vices, emotions, and problems because these feelings are familiar and, in a way, comforting. So the next question, how can I change? I need to reinvent myself. This is a crucial step. They began to sit and reflect on the people they admire in history. What characteristics and qualities do these great role models possess? How can I incorporate these qualities into my life? These questions activate the frontal lobe, the creative area of the brain, while calming the emotional center. Thus, they began to think about how they would need to transform to truly heal. There is an interesting phenomenon that occurs when you close your eyes and imagine performing an activity. If you are an athlete and have training based on a pattern, by mentally rehearsing that movement, your brain cannot distinguish between imagined practice and actual practice for it. It's as if you have practiced for days without physically moving. In this way, your brain is no longer a record of the past, but a map for the future. Preparing for new experiences. Take a group that has never played the piano and divide them into two distinct categories. One group will receive instructions on scales and chords using only one hand. Then do a brain scan on them. They will practice for 2 hours a day for five days. At the end of that period, if you repeat the brain scan, you will notice that they have developed new circuits on the opposite side of the brain. There is nothing magical about this. Learning involves making new connections. When you receive instructions and engage your body, you enrich your experience and consequently, your brain. It is essential to pay attention to what you are doing and repeat the practice as this activates new connections. Have people practice for 2 hours a day for five days. Conduct a brain scan before and after. Ask them to close their eyes and mentally rehearse playing the scales and chords. In the end, they will develop the same amount of brain circuits as those who practiced physically. This implies that they not only change their brains by thinking differently, but also that the brain seems to react as if it has been playing the piano for five days. Place them in front of a piano. Even if they have never played before, they will be able to play scales and chords because the brain is programmed for it. The act of rehearsing changes who they are and what qualities they possess, helping them enter a creative state and forming the circuits of a new personality. This new personality is linked to a new personal reality. The next question does this change the body? To investigate, form a group of men and have them perform mental muscle contractions with one arm, adding an emotional component like stronger, firmer. Over two weeks, they will dedicate 1 hour per day to this practice. At the end of the period, they may experience a 13.5% increase in muscle strength, even without lifting weights. Now their bodies are changing solely through the power of thought. These individuals have begun to reprogram their brains and bodies, and suddenly they start acting differently. Because they have installed new circuits and begun to think in a distinct manner. It is evident that they also began to feel different. In fact, they started to enhance their self esteem by living a different emotion. They feel elevated even before they heal. They do not wait for healing to feel gratitude and joy. They experience these emotions now. Therefore, the body believes it is healed because it is feeling the emotion before the experience. If the environment signals the gene, and the final result of an experience in the environment is the emotion, you are signaling the genes even before the experience. And what the genes do is produce proteins. Proteins are responsible for the structure and function of the body. Now you are literally becoming another person, reducing the expression of genes related to diseases and activating other beneficial genes. I began to realize that this process of reinvention is something we have always done, but we often become complacent in certain areas of our lives and stop evolving. The last thing these individuals had in common during the rehearsal process was that they lived long moments where they lost track of time and space. In other words, they were so immersed in their internal world of imagination that when they turned on the light in the room or lifted the veil of whatever they were doing, they thought only 20 minutes had passed, when in reality, an hour or more had gone by. When you truly focus, pay attention and are present, you can suddenly leave this three dimensional reality. And once you leave this reality, there is only one other place to go. The realm of thought known as the quantum field. It is in this quantum field that all possibilities exist, connecting us to an informational field that aligns with the first principle, the invisible intelligence that resides within and around us, both personally and universally. This unifying field governs everything that is material in this world. If you want to change something material, you need to go beyond the physical body to heal. When the body tries to heal itself, there is one certainty. It will take time. The process will be slow because you are playing by the rules of newtonian physics. However, when you play by the rules of quantum physics, energy dictates matter. Therefore, when you are truly in the field and make changes at that level, the cascade of effects neurologically, biologically, chemically, hormonally and genetically, is the byproduct of what is happening in the field. These changes accelerate the process, allowing you to achieve results in less time. Because you are more connected to a realm of infinite possibilities. We need to make a choice and declare that we are limitless beings. We should not restrict ourselves with a I still don't know, because when people tell me this, I wonder, what do you really want? The truth is that clarity comes with results. Thank you for watching. Leave your like and a comment to help the channel until the next video.
