This Free AI Tool Will Create Beautiful Graphics in Seconds

But he thinks it'll change soon.

I'm going to turn this text into a complete visual story in less than 5 seconds. Check this out. So what I have here is a post that I recently put into my AI playbook premium school community where I was walking through step by step, how I think through creating an AI automation that solves an actual business problem for my business or for a client's business. So the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to copy all this text. I'm going to go over into napkin AI, napkin AI, I'm going to paste all of that text, I'm going to highlight all the text, click the little lightning bolt, and literally within a matter of seconds I have visual representations of this text and I've got a lot of different styles to choose from. I've got this ladder style, I've got the circle with the arrows. I've got the process funnel. I mean, I can scroll down here, I've got all these different visualizations that have been designed for me that represent my steps here. How cool is this? So let's just say I like this style here. I can click into styles and I can click on any one that I like. So let's just choose this one here. And so now I've got this amazing graphic that represents my nine steps. That makes it even more powerful to teach this concept. Right. Now that I've got this, I can go in here and I can change the text, I can change the alignment, I can change the font, the colors, I can put boxes or bubbles around these things. I can customize this image however I see fit. I can also, if I want to, come down here and input an image to go along with the graphic representation that it has just generated. Like how many times have you wished it were easier to explain a complex topic to a potential client or a somebody on your team or to a colleague or whatever? And by the way, I am not affiliated with napkin AI in any way. I'm not being compensated. I just discovered this tool recently and I was blown away so I had to share it with you. With napkin you can create visuals for your webinar slides, your presentations. You can put these graphics into your email, newsletters, social media. You can do sales funnel diagrams, you can add images to your landing pages, you can create infographics, you can visually represent your blog posts. You can put them in pitch decks, onboarding material for your team or clients. There's a number of things you can do with this and when you're done with your image, you can just highlight it here. You can copy and paste it and put it into whatever slide or whatever it is that you want, or you can simply download it. So let's take a step back and I'll take you through some of the things step by step that you can do here in napkin. It all starts with the new napkin. Click the white button. You're going to get two different options here. A draft with AIh and blank napkin, which is actually what you see here on the screen and what we just did. So let's just do the draft with AI part. Check out what this can do. Let's just say that I want to rethink the onboarding flow for my school community. So I can say onboarding flow for online membership and what this is going to do, it's not going to create a graphic for you right away. It's actually similar to perplexity AI if you've used perplexity. I'm putting a topic in and now it's going to write out an onboarding flow for the online membership. Remember, all I typed in was onboarding flow for online membership. And it has given me, what, seven steps with a conclusion and it has come up with the flow all by itself. I was very vague in the prompt that I gave it, but I think this is really good. Now I've got different options and I think this is such a cool feature here in napkin. I can highlight the entire document here and I can come down here to the little lightning bolt and I can create a visual representation of all of these steps. Or if I wanted to, I can create visual representations of each of these steps. So I could just start with step one and create a graphic just of the first step here. So again, highlight just what I want to create a graphic of. Click the little lightning bolt. They call it a spark. And it is literally created a visual representation of step number one within half a second. So again, I can scroll through here and it maps it all out just like I showed you before. I can change, this is kind of cool. I can change this in any way. So if I like this one, I can click this and I can say, oh, I like this one the best. I'm going to click here, and here is my graphic. I could keep coming down here and do that for each of the steps. So now not only am I writing out what the first piece of the onboarding flow would be, but now it also has a graphic representation of it. So let's go back here and try what it would look like to highlight all of this. Now I want to create a visual representation of that. Let's see what it does. It takes a little bit longer, right? But what, that was 3 seconds that it did that in and now it's taking all seven of those steps and creating a graphic of those steps. I could do this one here. This one here is kind of weird. Again, the steps like we saw earlier, we can do this one. As you can see here, it kind of repeats the same types of graphics that it has for what you put in. But let's just say, again, let's just say I like this one and I want to go with this. I click on this, I can make this bigger, I can customize this in any way. But how cool is that? That not only did I get a complete onboarding flow, that it made up itself with AI, but also I turned it into a graphic representation of that onboarding flow. So how cool would that be for me to take this and give it to somebody on my team and say this is what I want to make sure it's happening for the school community? Here are the steps, here is a visual representation of it. So we're going to come back up here to new napkin, but this time we're going to use a blank napkin and I want to create a visual story of how to create SEO friendly content with AI the right way. This is something I also recently posted in my school community. So I'm going to put the five steps that I shared with them right here. And again, I want to create a visual story, a visual representation of these five steps. I'm going to call it how to create SEO friendly content with AI the right way. So now I'm going to again highlight everything. Click on the lightning bolt and let's see what it comes up with. All right, here are my graphics that it just created in a matter of seconds. So this one's okay. This one, I kind of like this one better. I really like this one here. Here's the SEO friendly funnel. I like this one so far the best. But I can keep scrolling through here. This one's pretty cool. It's pretty basic, but this is cool. Pros and cons, I mean, it just generated this all by itself. So let's just do this one here. I'm going to click on the styles. I'm going to go with this one. And now again, I have a visual representation of these five steps that I can share also in my school community, also in an email, also in a blog post or a webinar slide or a presentation that I'm giving, whatever it might be. Again, I did this in a matter of seconds and I have zero design skills. All right, let's do another one where we're gonna start with a blank napkin here. And let's call it a new higher onboarding flow and sequence. 1st 90 days, actually. So again, I'm going to highlight it. I'm going to click on the lightning bolt. Let's see what it comes up with. All right. And here are the images that it just created for this. So again, you can see here that they're all very similar looking throughout the different use cases that you're putting in here. So with this one here, we've got kind of a horizontal graphic. We've got the pyramid here. This one doesn't really do a whole lot with that one. This one is represented with a big circle. This one not super helpful. Again, not very detailed on that one. This is pretty good here with the steps. Again, the onboarding funnel. Okay, I like this one. This is pretty interesting where it did new hire onboarding. It went through the pros and cons. And now I could look at this in a different way. It actually doesn't do a whole lot. It just changes the font. So let's just say that I don't want to use that one. This one here. Okay. And this one was just a simple graphic that it created. So, so pretty good overall. Let's try this using the AI portion of it. Let's go back up to new napkin draft with AI. Let's put the same thing here. And now again, just like as you would see in perplexity AI, it's going to go through and build you an onboarding timeline and give you ideas. Check this out. It's broken out by weeks and months. So let's just say that again. Let's turn this whole thing into an image. Highlight everything. I'm going to click the lightning bolt. Let's see what it comes up with. So it came up with similar things, but I actually like this a lot better because it's more thorough and it's not surprising because it wrote all of these things out. Right. So you got this one here, we've got this one that doesn't go into much detail. This one's pretty good because it's a more linear top to bottom sort of timeline. It's got this one here. This one's okay, I think. So this is one that I think is pretty cool. However, you'd want to do a lot of customization with this one here where it's week one, what are they doing? Week two through four, what are they doing? So this one, pretty cool. This one, you know, so it's okay. And then here's the last one that it did. So again, there's some really good ones in here and other ones that I don't think are amazing. But again, let's just say I want to do this one and I want to go through. Pick the one that I like the best. Let's just say I like this one here. And again, I can go through and edit and customize. One thing to be aware of is that napkin is currently in beta a time recording this video. And so it's free. It's free to use. So if you go to their website, go on the pricing section, you can choose a plan. And they say that keep generating your visuals. It's free for now. We won't lock your data behind a paywall and we'll offer a deal for our long time followers. So if you're going to be using napkin on a regular basis, I would get started with one of these options here. And it looks like that you'll get preferred pricing and maybe, I don't know, early access to different things or what have you now, something to remember. And this goes for all AI tools, right. I would caution against inputting any proprietary or sensitive information into napkin to create visual graphics from because after all, again, it is an AI model and we want to be really cautious of sharing that type of information. All right, so there's napkin AI. No graphic design skills required. Now, one thing that I do wish it had more of, and again, I'm sure this is going to roll out really really quickly. It is after all still in beta and as I showed you it's free right now. I wish it had more of the graphic templates out of the templates that it gives you for each thing that it generates. I would say there's a small handful of them that are actually useful for the text that is being input there or being generated. Again. I think that'll change and they'll roll out new templates here really really quickly but I do think that's one limitation where we are in the beta right now but mind blowing tool here and I think this is changing the game of how we can tell better stories for our businesses both in text and in visual representation.
